FROM THE NORTH
From the Central Motorway, exit at signs for Tynemouth/Coast A1058. Turn right at first roundabout onto Osborne Terrace, then right again at next roundabout onto Sandyford Road. Pass under motorway and at first roundabout (before Civic Centre) turn right and proceed 20 mctres to T-junction. Office is on right hand comer. Parking is by meter.
FROM THE SOUTH
Leave the Al by the A184 exit to Gateshead and join the A167 to enter Newcastle over the Tyne Bridge. Join the Central Motorway A167(M) and follow directions as above.
