1. Media relations. Service Challenge is a unique organisation with a complex message. It needed to raise awareness of its existence and objectives, engage prospective members, promote the use of professional services and build influence amongst the region's business support network.

Bradley O'Mahoney has undertaken an extensive programme of press releases, articles and interviews to position Service Challenge as the Professional Services' Champion in the North East. It has also used its extensive network of contacts to create beneficial links with the Government Office North East, the Regional Development Agency One North East to run an initiative based upon the Six Sigma quality system and linking the Foundation for Small and Medium Enterprise Development at Durham University and Service Challenge's chartered account members.
